- World's first carbon free city. Abu Dhabi is planning to build the world's
first carbon-neutral city called Masdar.
News:
- Printers and your health. A new study has found that particles emitted by
some laser printers could be harmful to your health.
- Rare dolphin probably extinct. The Chinese Yangtze River dolphin is probably
extinct according to a team of researchers who failed to find any evidence of the rare dolphin during an extensive six-week search
in late 2006.
- GM working on plug-in hybrid car. GM will begin road testing its Chevrolet Volt plug-in hybrid in Spring of 2008, and
hopes production will begin by 2010.
