Cook's Illustrated very interesting.
- Buyer beware. Shayna wanted everyone to know the Whole Truth about Whole Foods. It's a great
article about some key issues shoppers should keep in mind while cruising the aisles at Whole Foods.
- Alternative grains. Katherine suggests doing a show on alternative grains like amaranth.
- One busy girl! Celeste was looking for some good fundraising ideas for the Nike Women's Marathon raising money for
the Leukemia Lymphoma Society. If you'd like to donate money or join the marathon, check out the Team in Training website.
