The first Teenie Weenie Greenie™ of this week comes from Caroline. She uses a wind-up kitchen timer instead of digital one, it's louder and doesn't use batteries. She also started timing her dishwasher so she can stop it and open it to let the dishes air dry. The second Teenie Weenie Greenie™ is to try using Blackle.com, the energy saving version of Google that uses a black screen. If everyone used Blackle instead of Google, it would save 750 mega-watt hours a year!
